Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the official 315 Dre website, subdomains, VIP Launchpad, Day-One fan registry, or mobile communication services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Green Eye Visions and independent recording artist 315 Dre ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Subscriber," or "Visitor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and refrain from submitting any contact details.
SMS Program Terms (TCPA & Carrier Mandates)
By voluntarily submitting your mobile phone number on this Platform and completing affirmative opt-in consent through our provider Laylo, you provide your express written consent to enroll in the 315 Dre Inner Circle / Day-One SMS Notification Program.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier service plan. We do not assess any additional fee for SMS transmissions.
• How to Opt-Out (Cancel): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation text confirming your removal from all active broadcast rosters.
• Customer Care & Help: For assistance, reply with the keyword HELP to any text, email our team at talktous@greeneyevisions.com, or call our business line at (504) 571-9727.
• Carrier Liability Exclusion: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Voluntary Condition: Consenting to receive SMS promotional alerts is not a requirement or condition of purchasing any good, audio license, or production service.
Intellectual Property & Unreleased Media
All master sound recordings, musical compositions, custom beat instrumentals, rhythm loops, 808 frequency designs, stems, vocal tracks, lyrics, artwork, photography, visualizers, trademarks, and trade dress associated with "315 Dre" and "Green Eye Visions" are the exclusive intellectual property of 315 Dre and Green Eye Visions, protected under United States and international copyright laws.
Any unreleased audio previews, private streaming URLs, voice memos, or rough mix bounces transmitted via this Platform or direct SMS are provided exclusively for personal, private listening. You may not sample, remix, re-upload, distribute, broadcast, or sync any portion of this audio without an express, written commercial license signed by Green Eye Visions.
Fan Drawings & 1-on-1 Artist Calls
Opportunities to receive personal phone calls from 315 Dre directly from the (504) studio line, preview unreleased records, or access private capsule merchandise reservations are complimentary, voluntary promotional fan perks offered at artist discretion.
- No Purchase Necessary: Participation in monthly 1-on-1 studio call drawings does not require any payment or purchase. Submitting a verified mobile number onto the Day-One Registry constitutes valid voluntary entry.
- Selection & Conduct: Recipients of fan calls are selected at random intervals across verified numbers. Green Eye Visions reserves the right to immediately terminate any call if participant behavior is deemed abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
Studio Bookings & Commercial Inquiries
Inquiries transmitted to our management line (504) 571-9727 or email talktous@greeneyevisions.com regarding studio production sessions, engineering, live show bookings, or licensing represent requests for commercial discussion.
No binding agreement, sync grant, or production contract is created until an authorized written agreement signed by Green Eye Visions has been fully executed.
Privacy & Data Safeguards
Our collection and handling of user contact records are governed by our complete Privacy Policy. We maintain strict technical safeguards over all subscriber records.
Mobile numbers voluntarily submitted for Day-One VIP release dispatches; email addresses, names, and contact notes included in booking or management communications.
We strictly never sell, rent, trade, lease, or monetize your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties, affiliates, or marketing networks.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This Platform and all materials, preview streams, and notifications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Green Eye Visions or 315 Dre be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or receipt of SMS dispatches.
Governing Law & Louisiana Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any legal proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the State of Louisiana.
